Never starve yourself. It's not good. I don't care if you need to loose 5 pounds in a week, you may be able to loose it but I can tell you this. When you are done starving yourself and you start eating regular again you will gain back that five pounds plus 5 more. That's just the way the human body is. It does not like to be starved.
